Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy at Believe baLANCE

We offer a partial refund on physical products (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of customer receipt of the product. Refunds will only be processed if the product has not been used, is in the original packaging &/or if the product was damaged during the shipping process (evidence of the damage must be provided as soon as product arrives).

We do not issue refunds for any reason after purchase has been made. All sales are final.

Returns

Not withstanding other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to grant refunds or returns if:

  • You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the product.
  • You miused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.
  • You were aware or notified of the problems with the product before making the purchase.
  • You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.

If you discover that the product you purchased from us damaged during delivery:

  • Report the damage to us immediately upon discovery – send images as evidence via orders@believebalance.co.za
  • If necessary – ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received.
  • We will arrange a replacement of the damaged product provided that the damaged product is returned within 7 days following your receipt of the product.

 

We also reserve the right to allow customers to exchange product with a similar product or another product in our store in place of a refund.
